This plastic surgery patient underwent breast augmentation with a 265cc gel breast implant. She is a great candidate for breast augmentation due to the amount of natural breast tissue she has. The more breast tissue a patient starts with, the more the implant will be hidden allowing for a softer result.

This patient underwent redo breast augmentation with lift. She had a prior augmentation at an outside facility where the surgeon placed saline implants on top of the muscle. She underwent implant exchange with 415cc gel implants of which I placed under the muscle. She also had a lift to correct her falling breast tissues.

This patient had contracture on both sides with implants placed on top of the muscle. She underwent exchange of her implants to be under the muscle with a breast lift done to tighten the overlying skin. She has a softer appearance of the implants and decrease risk of having recurrent contracture.
