This patient underwent redo breast augmentation with lift. She had a prior augmentation at an outside facility where the surgeon placed saline implants on top of the muscle. She underwent implant exchange with 415cc gel implants of which I placed under the muscle. She also had a lift to correct her falling breast tissues.
