After years of being self-conscious about my breasts (36A), I got the courage to call Dr. Papillion’s office and set up a consultation with him. He made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions, and I left feeling no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. After a few days, I had more questions so I emailed him, and he immediately wrote back and answered those as well. Still uncertain and anxious about the surgery, I waited 6 more months before I called back to talk to Dr. Papillion about even more questions that I had. We discussed sizing changes as well as activity levels after surgery, both of which I continued to have concerns about, but he talked me through all of my anxieties, and I left feeling great. When I finally scheduled my surgery a month later (went with 260cc silicon implants), I felt like all questions had been answered, and I was fully prepared for the “new me.” Dr. Papillion was calm and reassuring on the day of surgery, as well as attentive and eager to answer any questions in all of my post-op visits since then. The surgery went beautifully, and my recovery was very easy with no complications. I am so happy that I finally chose to get breast implants, and that Dr. Papillion was the surgeon, who was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly feel like a different, more confident person and highly recommend him if you’re considering breast augmentation.
