This plastic surgery patient underwent breast augmentation with 240cc gel or silicone implants. In the patients before picture, you can see mild deflation of the breast tissues with a small fold under the right nipple. In the after photo, the tissues have been filled out to give fuller appearance. This patient was a great candidate for breast augmentation.
