This patient underwent breast augmentation with a breast lift. She has 425cc gel implants. She started with moderate sagging to both breast. The augmentation restored her volume, and the lift gave her better symmetry, and a much improved breast shape.

This patient came to me from an outside facility. She, unfortunately, had recurrent capsular contractures, implant exposure, and a rock hard implant on her right side. I took out her implants, allowed the tissues to heal, then went back in removing a large amount of scar tissue and readjusting the lift on the left. The current result is much better than where we started. She would require another small procedure to get even closer to perfect symmetry if desired.
