This patient had "bottoming out" of the breast implant. Bottoming out is when the implant continues to settle below the ideal position. It unfortunately happens on occasion and results in less than ideal look. She underwent capsule tightening and implant repositioning to correct this. She has done very well thus far and her results are much better after the procedure.

This patient had a prior augmentation with 500cc implants. She had looseness to her skin which she wanted improved. She also wanted a slight increase in size. She underwent a breast lift with implant exchange. She received 560cc Natrelle SRF gel implants.

This patient underwent implant exchange with capsule tightening. The implants provided better cleavage and upper breast volume. The capsule adjustment improved the bottom of the breast where she had mild bottoming out of the breast implant.
