This patient had contracture on both sides with implants placed on top of the muscle. She underwent exchange of her implants to be under the muscle with a breast lift done to tighten the overlying skin. She has a softer appearance of the implants and decrease risk of having recurrent contracture.

This patient had "bottoming out" of the breast implant. Bottoming out is when the implant continues to settle below the ideal position. It unfortunately happens on occasion and results in less than ideal look. She underwent capsule tightening and implant repositioning to correct this. She has done very well thus far and her results are much better after the procedure.
