This patient underwent lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting to malar lid cheek junction. She has a very good result. Take note of the first photo which shows the before and after taken with no flash. You can see the flash washes out the undereye bags on the second photo set, but in the photo with no flash you can see the benifits of the surgery even more.
