I went to Dr. Papillion after extreme (100+ lb.) weight loss left me with skin laxity around my belly and genetic “love handles” that no matter what I did, I could never get them off. The entire office was so friendly and helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable about what would be my first surgery. Dr. P was very thorough and upfront with what he thought would be the best plan to address my concerns, but he was always kind and non-judgmental in his evaluation. He gave me all the options and insight I needed to make a decision. In the end, I wound up having an extended abdominoplasty and liposuction to the flanks. Sarah, the patient care coordinator, was wonderful at making sure that I understood the cost/payment details and that the surgery was properly scheduled. Before and after surgery, I was given detailed instructions and expectations for what the weeks after surgery would be like. In my appointments after surgery, the nurses and staff were yet again so friendly and accommodating. Dr. P made sure to give me thorough instructions to make sure I would get optimal results from the surgery. Immediately after surgery, I could tell that I was going to be pleased. Even with all of the expected swelling, I could tell the difference in my contour thanks to Dr. P. I am now two months out, and I love the results! I now have the body I worked to have, and Dr. P and his wonderful staff are to thank. Dr. P turns out beautiful work with excellent bedside manner, and I will highly recommend him to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery!
